We are not responsible for any damage, loss of data, or other consequences that may result from your use of the Service. We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service during the beta phase. The Service provides limited safety measures and due to its nature and use of AI models, may be capable of generating offensive or unwanted content.

4. Feedback: We welcome your feedback on the Service. By providing feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. No Guarantee of Continued Access: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to make the Service generally available or to continue the beta test for any period of time.

6. Data Collection: We may collect data about your use of the Service to improve our product. This data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy. We disclaim any liability for the loss, theft, or exposure of any data collected during the beta phase.

7. Changes to Agreement: We may update this agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the use of the Service during the beta phase. This includes, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of this agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

11. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Macrocosm (macroco.sm, the Service) regarding the use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
